From the South:

Take 95 North into Providence.
Take Exit 21 towards Broadway.
At light, take a right turn on Broadway.
Take a slight right turn on Empire Street (as you pass Dunkin' Donuts Center on left).
Follow Empire through two (2) sets of lights. At third set of lights, go straight. Empire Street becomes    Chestnut Street.
95 Chestnut Street is on the right, just after highway overpass.

From the North:

Take 95 South into Providence.
Take Exit 21, Atwells Avenue.
At top of ramp, turn left on Atwells.
Follow through two (2) lights, turning slight left at second light.
Take a slight right turn on Empire Street (as you pass Dunkin' Donuts Center on left).
Follow Empire through two (2) sets of lights. At third set of lights, go straight. Empire Street becomes    Chestnut Street.
95 Chestnut Street is on the right, just after highway overpass.
