William Gardner IV has been a member of the Bars of the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2007. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2004 and received his law degree from Roger Williams University - School of Law in 2007. Mr. Gardner has appeared in all of the trial courts in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has experience in preparing all aspects of litigation, in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury claims, and debt collections. He also has experience with the formation and dissolution of partnerships, corporations, and associations.
